Output: a written scope and a recommendation on the right engagement.
- 02Diagnose
Forensic review of the commercial engine. Pipeline data, scripts, viewings, forecasts, commission structure, team capability, reporting cadence.
Output: a prioritised findings report and a 90-day action plan.
- 03Design
We rebuild what is broken and reinforce what is working. Conversion stages, scripts, KPIs, forecast model, and review cadence are redesigned around the project.
Output: a documented commercial spine the team can run on.
- 04Deploy
Implementation done with the team, not handed to them. Weekly pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, founder advisory, and live calibration against forecast.
Output: numbers that move and a team that owns the process.
- 05Defend
Handover. Internal owners take over the cadence. We step back to a lighter advisory line so the discipline survives our exit.
Output: a commercial function that no longer depends on us.
